Hey Bros, This seems to be a question a bit off beat to topic, but my personal situation isnt allowing me time to get to the gym during its open hours. Are any of you doing some working out/lifting at home? If so, what seems to work best/bang for the buck as equipment to have at home, that doesnt take up alot of room, but lets you do multiple exercises?? I was looking into the Total Gym, I understand that it wont really allow enough weight to put on size, but seems to be good to get ripped/toned. Any Suggestions Bro's??? Need the help!! Thanks ------------------

Body Solid has some good equipment. You can go to their homepage Fitness Factory or go to a fitness store that sells the equipment. Prices are the same.

Invest in a good adjustable(incine/decline)olympic weight bench. You'd be surprised at the amount of different excercises that you can do with the right one.

If you have the room, try a Smith Machine and an adjustable bench. I doubt any home gym can compete with these two!!! You can basically work every muscle in the body, HARD!!!!

I have Body Solid and have nothing bad to say about them at all. It holds up well, the Leg press/Hack squat is still smooth as silk after 3 years. I just got a powertec leverage arm curl machine and it seems pretty descent but it only has 3 weeks on it.

Power Blocks are ideal. If you have those and an adjustable bench, you're set. My wife has the total gym and it's actually a good piece of equipment especially for the $200. There's a couple of exercises you can do on there that really work well. My fav is rear delt flys. Incredible pump and burn when done properly.
