Run a search. Their are cites for the study and everything. It basically consists of 9gms a day of pantothenic acid, it is in B vitamin complexes such as B100. It basically works by making your pores smaller. Its in a lot of anti-aging creams to. | ||

4everblast, It started to slow by the 5th day. I would like to make this note about it though. I never had acne until recently. It was caused by my adding a 3rd AS. My wife has always had a problem with it. Her acne that was not AS induced (that which is on her face and not her back) did not budge but her back cleared. It seems to only be working on AS induced acne. | ||
