Hey, some people on here say they take protein shakes with every meal. So i am wonderin when they eat around 6 meals a day, do you guys take 6 shakes a day??? I usually tought 3 shakes a day was good, but if i can bump to 6 that would be pretty darn good then. Any comments? kram-mark ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

personally i have my shakes between meals. between breakfast and lunch, then lunch and dinner. i also occasionally take one right before bed as it makes me sleepy and can get a better rest. but to each his own i guess. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Depends on what I am doing. If I am bulking I take them with every meal 6 times a day. When cutting, I use them mainly as a substitute for a couple meals a day. I find that when I eat them with meals I digest them better and don't have problems with gas and diarreah like I do when I eat them alone. Seems that taking them with meals makes them digest better which will also mean that you will get more from them. That's just my theory though, nothing to back it up other than what I have noticed in myself. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
