Yoda, you beat me too it, whats up with the blank tape deal, you made him pay for all the shipping? What if one of us buy a video from you and its blank, then we have to pay for all that shipping, it comes out cheaper to buy from a company. | ||

Yoda, The gentleman you are referring to is named Rob. The tape I sent out did indeed have the footage requested, but thanks to the wonderful staff at the Post Office the tape came in contact with a magnetic field at some point in time and negated the footage. Rob and I have arranged to have a new tape..packaged better to protect against the Post Office shipping. Lastly, as I mention to all potential customers, I have worked long and hard to establisha reliable reputation , I can easily provide any person with 25 or more email addresses of my past SATISFIED customers. Lastly, Rob did not purchase an original product from me. He requested footage, as me and him had an arrangement. In fact I went out of my way to provide a service for him that I do not usually do. If you purchase a new sealed product from, it won't be blankobviously because it is an original bought from the warehouse. He opted not to purchase a sealed original film, he opted for a different route. When you purchase a video from me, you receive a Bill Of Sale invoice, this is your guarantee on your product. He did not opt to go that route, so he did not receive a Bill Of Sale. I am expecting a response post from Rob to make amends and prove you gentlemen wrong, and again, I can drop 20 or even 50 customers of mine, that would challenge any comments or opinions I truly thank you gentlemen for your candid concerns. best Regards, | ||

i think everybody knows my name is not rob, but thanks for trying to call me out anyway. i wasnt out to ruin any rep; i was pissed off on the whole scenerio and i told the fellas what had happen, the arrangement and that i would keep them posted on the follow thru(they create their own opions)so they already know that you are sending me another tape and i will let them know when i get it, therfore theyll know this was a mix-up and it was resolved. im@LRG | ||
