I find it hard to get to the Gym every day as I have a 4 month old son to look after too, Have any of you guys used an EMS machine whilst on a cycle, if so are they worth using or are they just a farce? I have one of these machines already, and I can get an amazing pump after 20 mins on a high pulse, but I dont want to be wasting my time or hindering my gains when I could be doing some good old fashioned press ups e.t.c. and using my 235lbs as the resistance. any ideas or input?? ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

I don't know bro. I heard that alot of pros use them. I think they might increase vascularity if anything. If you think about how they work they could also help keep you hard, but you can do that by flexing and holding the contraction for about 10 seconds and a time. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
