I was doing good until the last 2 weeks, I lost all motivation. I guess I was just getting too fat. Oh well. Live and Learn.

I want to start a cutting cycle in 4 weeks.
I plan on taking 60mg Fina EOD and 300mg EQ a week.
Does that sound good? Is 4 weeks enough of a wait. I plan on getting down to my BMR calories and go a little below it.

weeks 4-7
equipose 450 ml
primo depot 400 ml
clomis 2 tabs daily

weeks 7-9

primo 400 ml

i would hit cardio hard and keep watch diet very carefully . no fruit, fruit juice, or dairy. no carbs 3 hours before bed. when bodyfat gets low start cutting cycle. Both primo and equipose will harden you up and reduce bodyfat than would start cutting cycle of
