Bros, what is a good high calorie low fat food to have whilst bulking, im sick and tired of tuna, and all the healthy food at my local store is low fat low calorie shit.

I fucked up my last cycle by eating all the wrong shit, and i want to do it right this time.

Thanks.

TF.

The best would probably be a MRP shake.

As for solid foods, I would go with a whole chicken, no skin. Or you could just make a sandwich out of it etc...

this is not low fat....but its the best weight gainer meal i can think of........
good ol' hamburger helper, lots of protien, carbs, and a little high in fat,but i works good for bulking.
also any kinda of red meat is good for bulking.Inside round(london broil),flanksteak, both are fairly lean cuts of meat.

I drink a lot of milk cause I never get tired of the taste of it. You can make it any flavor too. I have found these liquid yogurts that are marketed towards kids but they are real easy to ingest and have good protein and cals. Tuna is still one of the best though cause it is easy to eat...even though I do get tired of the taste. I like things that are easy to eat, such as soft foods cause I get tired of hacking my way through solid food constantly. I'm not as worried about the taste as long as the consistency doesn't make me yack.

Testo, you may want to consider fish. Its relatively inexpensive, high in protein low in fat and carbs and is a nice change from the standard bb foods like chicken and tuna. and of course if youre just looking for calories, theres good ol peanut butter..stcks to the roof of your mouth and your arteries, but is a hell of an easy way to bump up your cals.
