i normally do 3 days a week of conditioning. my conditioning program is pretty intense. i run sprints ranging from 20yd to 220m. i also do plyometrics. do A/S make you more prone to muscle pulls. am i at a higher risk than most due to my level of conditioning. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

There was a clinical study on this, but I don't remember the results. They were comparing the number of reported cases for each AS.
