After doing a little research I may have my next cycle. I looking at gaining some descent size and finish up pretty lean for summer, say 7-8% body fat.(at present 12%) Of coarse a good diet and cardio will be carried out. High in cards for the first 6 weeks and then cutting down. What do you guys think? skeptical on the winny,clen,t3 at the end. I'm hoping the winny will help keep my muscle gains from the sus and deca.

It looks well designed for what you want to do,except for the clen.Why are you doing it in a one week on,one week off pattern?Why not the standard two week pattern to maximize its effectiveness?Outside of that,it looks great bro. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Thanks HUCKLEBERRY. I had read articles that say you crash pretty heavy going two weeks on/off and that onw week on/off is better. This is the first time using clen so I wasn't sure of the effects.

To avoid that crash,use an E/C/A stack in between/after the clen.This will prevent that from occuring.Good luck bro. ![]() ![]() ![]() |
