Don't get me wrong, my back is always real sore after back day, so it's not that I'm overusing my bis and not using my back, but my biceps are always sore as fuck after back day, but not really that sore after bicep day. Here's my current workout, Max-OT style. Back Deadlifts 3-5 reps - 3 work sets Biceps Barbell Straight or EZ Bar Curls - 4-6 reps 2 Working Sets ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I use a split routine. I work my back and bi's on the same day for this very reason. I hit back first, so my bi's are already warmed up. One time I made the mistake of doing bi's before back and I didn't get a good back workout because I couldn't use alot of weight because my bi's were thrashed. If you use this split you can actually reduce the volume of your bicep excercises because they are pre-exhausted during your back routine. Hope it helped. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I'm with you guys on this too. I do 9-12 sets for back and 6 sets for bi's on the same day. I love it. ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
