For the last two years i have been getting these tiny red dots on my forearms, biceps and triceps. My doctor said that they were petriae(spelling?) Does anyone else get these tiny red dots, they arent real noticeable to others, but i notice the hell out of them. I have like 200 of them on one of my arms.

They are called "petechia". They are caused by either capillary rupture or leakage. They are common in the legs of people who work on their feet for long hours, especially nurses and waitresses. My wife had this condition and it just went away. You can increase you vitamin C intake and possibly add a bioflavanoid, such as quercetin, to help strengthen capillaries.

cockdezl i know what you're talking about and i don't think it's what i'm talking about. The ruptured capillaries make a whole slew of red dots in one area, i get those all the time from hard training. What i'm talking about is just a single bright red dot. It's strange.
