I am between cycles, I feel so weak, and it's making it hard to stay off....So I wanted to see if creatine will help...I wanted to know what is best kind and how to talk it right....All I ever used before was cell-tech, but it cost too damn much and I think it has to much sugar in it....thanks     | ||

Since I'm in the area, AST "Micronized" creatine is the best I've used. go to www.bodybuilding.com 1kg for 27.99 not a bad deal. | ||

Check out the post by Twisted Steele... it may be a page or so back but it has some nice info on creatine. In my opinion creatine is over rated but everyone is different. If you have never tried it, by all means you should!!! You may see excellent gains from it... or you may be just like me and only exsperience stomache cramps and some nice bloat! ------------------ | ||
