Being a college football player i've experianced some of the most intense strength and conditioning programs. for those of you who want a challenge here is an exercise which will have you rolling on the ground. depending on your squat max grab 10-20 DB. if you squat more than 450 use 15's, and higher than 500lbs use 20's. here's the workout.

this is performed in succesion without rest between exercises.
20 DB squats, 12 jump squats(max height)10 lunges(each leg).8 split jumps(each leg)
take a minute break then perform another set if you can.

my school's conditioning program has us do this after a workout that includes squats, power cleans, and RDL's. oh yeah after that we have conditioning that includes plyometrics and sprints.

i would like to know of any other high intensity leg workouts that will stimulate growth.
