Okay one thing that makes the boady grow is sleep. Well I have a problem in this nature. I seem to be partial insomniac (sp). I can only sleep for about 3 hours then I am back up. I feel good after the sleep but I knwo it is not enough. I know some of your are going to tell me about the GHB or HBG or what ever it is. I have enough items in my system right now that I don't think I should be mixing other things with them. Any got some natural sleeping tips?

A massage, followed by an epsom salt bath works great.
Do you workout @ night? that may be your problem.

bro,
i have the same problem the last cycle i couldnt sleep worth a shit...i just started my new cycle friday and again i cant sleep but i figured it out i take 3 tylenol PM and a hot bath and go to sleep i still cant get 8 hous but i can get about 6 hours...either tylenol PM or sominex works great..

Yeah I feel your pain bro I've been dealing with insomnia for about 7 years now.None of that natural stuff has ever worked for me.
I take an antideppressant at night called
Trazodone.It works about half the time for me.I have taken Ambien & Xanax but that stuff
is too habit forming & you just have to take more & more of it to get the same effects.

You could try Melatonin. Start with 1-3 mg 30 min before bed. The sublingual form is best.

I forgot to mention this. I live by a natural herb store. What I ask thenm to do is to tell me what is good for so and so condition. I then get them to give me the dried extracts in powdered form. With this, I make a tincture in a tea bag. Try drinking some of what they make for you if you have access to such a place.

Well thank you for the input. Jm my workouts are during the day between 6-8. I will try some of these itmes you people listed and see if any helps.
