 nolvadex vs. clomid

I know that both nolvadex and clomid work as anti-estrogens. But I'm wodering which one is most effective? I would also like to know the proper dossage amount for a 195lb male. thank you     | ||

Well...I'm sick of typing replys...So this is what I'll tell you...They both have there ads and disads. Nolvs are probably a better estogen blocker but we tend to think that they hinder our gains. Clomid works by blocking some estrogen but also trys to keep our natural test level up. If you are on a heavy test cycle you should probably use Clomid EOD and save the Nolv for when you need it!
