I am considering doing a 8 week cycle of sustanon250. Would 250mg a week for 8 weeks be a safe and responsible amount. i'm a college football player who wants to gain 20-30 pounds of muscle. i am now 6'2 195lbs. my current stats are a 310 pound bench, 350 sqaut, 240 pound power clean. what improvements can i expect from sustanon250.

your strength will go up i catn say ecaxtly how much but it will and you could expect roughly 15lbs of muscle

average gains on sus250 is between 25 - 35 lbs

Sust at 250mgs a week is a very safe dose, there are bros taking well over a thousand mgs and are fine; however sust is a blend of four test esters each taking effect at a different time, sust usually takes between 4-5weeks to kick in and get rock'n. Now if you wanted to you could through in some Dbol to jump starts your gains; remember to take your clomid during and/or at the end of your cycle to keep your balls working, I don't know if you get tested or not but will venture to say that maybe you will and should probably stay away from deca as it's detection time is something like18months plus. Strengh will go up and so will muscle it's kind of hard to tell it varys from person to person; keep your diet in check and you will good gains. My .02, hope this helps

I've told this story before but anyway here it goesw again..When I was 19 I was playing football for a major college and me and A friend of mine wanted a little extra edge. We bought 6 sos pre-loads a piece. We were ignorant to gear then and didn't know wtf we were doing. We took one shot a week for 6 weeks. We were so dumb we even used those pre load syringes to inject with..My results however were awesome. I gained 27 lbs. If I would have known what I was doing I could have gained no telling how much..Knowing what I know now,I would definately do an 8 week cycle for all beginners. You will see results from 250 a week if you are a beginner but I would suggest throwing something in with it. Your 1st cycle is your best,,take advantage of it..I wish I could redo my 1st cycle over again..good luck...Bam Bam

I forgot to mention that alot of your gains depend on genetics..I grew like that because I have good genetics..It all depends on the person..What school do you play for??Bam Bam

This is a joke right? 250 mg of sus a week? And you're in college? Man you'll gain at least 95 pounds! Don't you know it's a wonder drug? Make sure you take Clomid later though or you'll lose it all!
In other words, how the fuck do we know how much you'll gain? That depends on your diet training and how dedicated you are! Some people think that all you have to do is stick a pin in your ass and the weight will come automatic. This is not the case. Steroids will not help you unless you have the dedication to stick with a complete program that includes diet, sleep training,proper water intake and training program. You also need clomid for the end of your cycle to bring your natural test back up to par. Also I don't think 250 mg is good enough for what you want. I would go with 500 every 5 days. 8 weeks at least. You will see a gain in your agression in a couple of weeks that will amaze you. When you get to your last set in the weight room you'll be able to push harder and lift more! ( Strength gains)! And with the proper diet,training,rest the gains will come! Steroids can be a great asset if used correctly. A nightmare if taken for granted! Choose your path on your own, but study first. This is like everything else in life. There's a right way and a wrong way. There is a search feature at the top of this page that will help you greatly. Use it to gain knowledge! It will help you form your own opinions on the different uses of A.S. Good luck with your endevors and remember TEST is king!
