what is better to lose overall bf%? High intensity cardio for 20 minutes a day or low intensity cardio for 50-60 minutes a day?

did this work for you? How long will it take (approx) to bring my bf% down 5%.. from 15 to 10%, if i do what you said 4 times a week?

Depends on 1)are you getting ready for a show or just losin' some fat, 2)can you do 2 sessions a day, and 3)are you natural or juicing?? Questions like that are way too vague, and you're just gonna get confused with conflicting opinions...drop me an e-mail, I'll try to give you a hand!

Oh really that is all he has to do huh? He doesn't have to drop the carbs or drink alot of water, maybe take some thermogenics. Let's hope his cardiovascular system can put up with that, because I bet ya he says 15%(no offense) I'll bet he is even higher. Hey bro have you ever done any cardio before? If not i would not suggest jumping right into that.

For me, the intensity of cardio is not as important as the length. I lose just as much fat no matter how intense I go.

i'm just trying to lose fat... no contest! I dont have time to do 2 sessions per day, and i'm not using juice right now, but plan on it after i bring my bf% down!

Decaman,
actually i'm lower that 15%, 14.5% to be exact... i got it checked at my gym... and yes i've done lots of cardio before... i'm just asking for people who had some ideas or suggestions to help me out!

how many different types of cardio do you do and for how long each day??? and how many days a week??
