Depends on 1)are you getting ready for a show or just losin' some fat, 2)can you do 2 sessions a day, and 3)are you natural or juicing?? Oh really that is all he has to do huh? He doesn't have to drop the carbs or drink alot of water, maybe take some thermogenics. Let's hope his cardiovascular system can put up with that, because I bet ya he says 15%(no offense) I'll bet he is even higher. Hey bro have you ever done any cardio before?
