Someone posted pics not too long ago of a man who had claimed he was natural and drug free (obviously he wasn't). He was also kind enough to say he would tell you how you could look like him also (for a small fee). I took the liberty of emailing him to "disagree with his so-called naturalness". This is what he sent me back...

I appreciate your message. The only reason I charge is because of the
ongoing service I provide (email consultation), and the amount of time/money
I have spent putting together and researching this system. You can ask my
current customers who are using the program, and even those who have
returned the course materials, and they'll tell you that I am not out to
swindle anybody, but provide a service to those searching for answers to
their weight lifting or weight loss dilemma. This takes TIME, and nobody
should be offended at spending money for somebody else's knowledge and help
if it is useful in not only providing visible results, but also reaching
goals much faster. If that was the case, we'd all be working for free.
My main thrust is at the supplement companies. If I can prevent others from
WASTING their money on supplements month after month, and spend it to learn
the proper lifting and diet techniques, then they will save thousands in the
long run. I wanted this exact same type of service when I began training and
now, because of my success and knowledge, I've decided to offer it to
others.

As for other programs -- my main aim is at programs written by bodybuilders
who are currently drugged up -- they can't possibly offer me any information
that I can use because I refuse to follow their drug habit. Also, programs
written by doctors or "fitness trainers" who have the development of Bill
Clinton. From the response that I'm getting, this program not only works on
my own body, but others as well. Many customers are reducing body fat, and
gaining mass, at a steady rate -- and they have never done so following any
other advice (many are 10+ year veterans at this). I truly believe the
"different training program for each body" is a complete untruth, and taking
sound principles, with possible slight modifications for certain situations
(workload related, as in cycling low reps for shorter periods, or what have
you) will work for everybody. I provide email personal training because I
want to be here to help in those situations, and to answer any questions
that anybody may have on the course, or training/diet in general.

As for the "ab rollers" and other such devices; I am speaking out against
these products because they DON'T DO A DARN THING FOR ANYBODY. If they did
help to firm and tighten your mid-section, I'd be perfectly happy with their
$50+ price tags, and wouldn't complain in the least. I am not in any way
against paying money to somebody for a machine, program, or even supplement
(if there was such a thing) that works. It's the MANY items that don't help
in ANY WAY that I don't agree with.

Just to define -- one who rips off is one who offers a product or service
that does not provide the benefit that is claimed. This is the MAJORITY of
bodybuilding related merchandise, and this is the point of my web site.
Regardless of whether you order the course or not, I encourage you to go out
and learn the proper training and diet techniques (as I have done), and
AVOID SUPPLEMENTS! Frustration is what causes people to start shopping for
miracle pill and powder cures, and there is no such thing (so don't spend
thousands trying to find out what I've already determined). As I
mentioned, we do NOT all train differently if we are searching for RESULTS,
and those that say so are simply finding a method of justifying their lack
of success (which is equivalent to a "hardgainer" or one who cries
"genetics" -- ineffective principles will put you in one of these
categories, which are nothing more than an EXCUSE to abandon the process
when, in fact, it's the very process that is flawed.

I've been offering the course for over 3 years, and I plan on maintaining my
business for many years to come because I have complete faith in my system
(and thousands of satisfied customers).

If you have the time or inclination, answer me some questions -- do you work
for free? Personally spending 35-40 hours per week answering questions, and
investing 9+ years of my life experimenting, is it fair to ask for payment
(assuming the information does what I claim)? If I can provide a service and
useful information at a reasonable price, am I bad? How am I like the people
I describe when I say what they are offering is flawed (either doesn't work
i.e., supplements, or is based on methods that won't help natural lifters),
but am saying I offer a natural perspective on how to properly achieve a
great body (and is what I use, and have been using for two years, to change
my own physique)?

I don't know.. I've received maybe 10 or so messages such as yours (albeit
some with differing language), and I can never figure out what's expected.
Many years ago, I believed software (like games, word processing,
spreadsheets, etc) should be available at close to no charge, but grew up to
realize human beings WORKED long hours to create what we believe should be
public domain. Work, work, work.. some of the same people who criticize me
cry when scum live off of the government.

The moral -- to pay for something ineffective is to be taken advantage of.
My claim is that 95% or more of the bodybuilding industry is profit driven
(make money without caring whether anybody succeeds with the product or
service). I'm not in this category (whether you choose to believe me is
another questions, but I can only speak from my perspective). Many of my
customers were skeptical before placing an order, but are now happy they
provided me with the benefit of the doubt.

Regardless of what you may believe, MANY bodybuilders are failing every day
because they aren't following proper training and diet rules. And what do
they do? Resort to completely worthless supplements or advice from
steroid/GH users. Is it better for a bodybuilder to buy what amounts to a
sugar pill (supplements) and continue their blind training and diet
techniques, or purchase a comprehensive program that helps them to finally
make the most of their hard work in the gym?

I beg of you to send similar messages to EAS, Twinlab, Weider, etc, as they
are they lay their foundation on misrepresentations. I could only live with
myself knowing all pictures on my web site are 100% legitimate, I have been
drug free throughout my life (steroids, growth hormone, and recreational
drugs), use no supplements (as all have proven ineffective), and provide
verbatim testimonials from those using the program.

"Success is for the few who aspire to put forth the effort and acquire the
knowledge".

I wish you the best of luck in your training pursuits!

Regards,

Francesco Castano
