This question is for people who have taken the plunge!!!!!!!!!!


As I read this board I see many going crazy with their dosses of test. To me this isn't needed.

Many people come here complain about how they haven't gainned a pound on their cycle using almost a gram of test. My first response would be " ITS FAKE" But after we recieve more information from them We see that their diet sleeping patern and lifting schedule are very disturbing.
Folks a couple BigMacs, 4 hours of sleep, And lifting 3 times a day won't make you bigger stronger, or healthy.

My last complete cycle.LOL Was 8 vials of Omnadren While decreasing the days. I saw no sides, Gainned over 18lbs, Keep them all, And no need for clomid or nolvadex. I also decreased my Bf% a few points.
People this is a serious decision to make and a life comitment. These drugs are illegal. And dangerous if not used correctly.
To me their is no reason to use over 500mg of test per week this is a very resonable dossage. No sides to speak of and half way safe for the village idiot to calculate whats going on with his body.
But that is far from the point of this point If you are not dedicated to this deccesion then don't mess up your body. This is not the anwser. It will only do harm to you.

Couldn't have said it better bro. Actually you can bulk up eatin bigmacks and shit, but it would be to your benifit not to. You wont get cut. You should eat light meals more frequently throughout the day. Six is a good number. I drink protien shakes between meals, after working out and before bed. If I wake up during the night Ill have another protein shake. Never let yourself go without something in your stomache for a considerable amount of time. That works for me anyway.

Well I will no longer be bumping the other post I wrote. Just because people around here don't care about it. Time to give you some good info. And perhaps steer people in the correct path on the journey of Anabolics.

Good Post - not sure about the dosages but the concept is perfect: DIET/TRAINING/SLEEPING makes all the difference in your BB'ing - if your not doing it right, you will end up unsatisfied with the results, maybe instead of adding another product to the stack or mg's to the products - you should look at your training routines and diet. Good point...

H20, thats a naive perspective. Its optamistic, which is great, but doesn't reflect real world necessity. Once again their are very few "Rules of Thumb". Very little in biology is universal. I respond well to date, off low doses. Others do not requiring significantly more. Some do quite well of highly anabolic cycles, others require androgen rich supplementation.
It's all relative and individual to each and every user.

Look Guys,

the less juice you take the less a cycle cost, the less side affects you have....i am fortunate that low cycles work for me as well....but, i also keep a diet, workout and sleep log...that helps a lot too!

Twisted, Good point "Different Dosses for Diff. People"

However I meant this come out as saying. "That Maybe the Juice and your cycle aren't wrong, Perhaps its the others aspects that are the foundation of your cycle" Such as Diet, Sleep, And Liffting Schedule.

I agree...I start to freak out if I haven't eaten in a couple hours..I'd rather miss a workout than a meal...especially if that meal is a Double Big Mac with no pickles!
