This question is for people who have taken the plunge!!!!!!!!!!
Many people come here complain about how they haven't gainned a pound on their cycle using almost a gram of test. My first response would be " ITS FAKE" But after we recieve more information from them We see that their diet sleeping patern and lifting schedule are very disturbing.

Couldn't have said it better bro. Actually you can bulk up eatin bigmacks and shit, but it would be to your benifit not to. You wont get cut. You should eat light meals more frequently throughout the day. Six is a good number. I drink protien shakes between meals, after working out and before bed. If I wake up during the night Ill have another protein shake. Never let yourself go without something in your stomache for a considerable amount of time. Good Post - not sure about the dosages but the concept is perfect: DIET/TRAINING/SLEEPING makes all the difference in your BB'ing - if your not doing it right, you will end up unsatisfied with the results, maybe instead of adding another product to the stack or mg's to the products - you should look at your training routines and diet. H20, thats a naive perspective. Its optamistic, which is great, but doesn't reflect real world necessity. Once again their are very few "Rules of Thumb". Very little in biology is universal. I respond well to date, off low doses. Others do not requiring significantly more. Some do quite well of highly anabolic cycles, others require androgen rich supplementation. Look Guys, the less juice you take the less a cycle cost, the less side affects you have....i am fortunate that low cycles work for me as well....but, i also keep a diet, workout and sleep log...that helps a lot too! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Twisted, Good point "Different Dosses for Diff. People" However I meant this come out as saying. I agree...I start to freak out if I haven't eaten in a couple hours..I'd rather miss a workout than a meal...especially if that meal is a Double Big Mac with no pickles! ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
