I noticed I got a lot of mail from the last thread I posted on my light cycles. (Slopain you and I emailed about it) I am going to post my entire cycle lay out here and take the flames and comments as they come. Ok bros.... the numbers correspond with the week number of the cycle. oh crap, it looked so good before I did the cut and paste. Here it is T-Cyp/ T-Prop/ Deca/ Anavar/ Primo/ HGH T-Cyp/ T-Prop/ Deca/ Anavar/ Primo/ HGH Week 1 and 2 T-Cyp 200mg, Deca 200mg, Anavar7.5mgED to jump start cycle. Serostim 2iu in AM, 2iu in PM. Week 3 through 15 T-Cyp 200mg, T-Prop 100mg, Deca 300mg, Primobolan 200mg, Serostim 2iu in Am, 2 iu in PM
I am using Serostim, 4i.u.s per day (2 in morning, 2 at bedtime) , five days in a row, with two night off. I have heard that this helps with the use. Any input on whether I would be better going 7 days straight non-stop? In an earlier thread, I posted I had been on the cycle already three weeks and I had gained 7 pounds and lost 4% bodyfat. Just to give you my stats, I am 25, 5'9" 192, 31" waist, 17" arms, don't know about my chest, never measured it, it is my worst bodypart, 28.5" thighs measured 1 1/2 inch above the knee, my legs are my best body part, they grow like weeds, working them about once every ten days as I try to fill out my upper body, BF = 12 or 13 percent, was down to almost 11 last week but went to Ft. Lauderdale over the holiday weekend and hit the seafood too hard. (Anabolic Minister - don't laugh man) I am trying for the maximum quality gains of Lean Body Mass, no water retention. This is my first cycle in four years. My daily intake is high protein, just to give you an idea 7am 2iu's of Serostim, taken SQ ab area 10am 2 chicken breasts, rice or potatos 11:30 TwinLab Liquid Aminos, 15gr, glutamin 11:30 to 12:30 I go and train calves or abs, alternatively switching and do 1/2 hour on the bike at the gym. 2pm Another two chicken breast rice or potato whatever I did not have earlier 4pm TwinLab Liquid Aminos 15gr protein, glutamin, Twinlab Ripped Fuel, if my workout is 4:30pm (again don't drink coffee or sodas, but love the caffiene boost.) 4:30pm Now here is the variation in my schedule. I will either go to the gym and train until 6pm and then go home have dinner, about 9ounces of sirlion or a salmon dinner, green vegtables, and then around 9:30pm I will have Instant Whey by Champion Nutrition 32gr of protein in skim milk, 11pm it is 2iu's of Serostim and in bed. or This is everyday, except Sat and Sun where I relax a little, in terms of rigidness, but I do still work out, just no cardio. So that is it guys, looking for input, advice, flames, etc... Just tell me what you think of this. I read until I reached your cycle outline. It's all messed up, I don't have a close which each dose is for. I did notice the 7.5mg a day and anavar. I really hope you didn't mean you were planning on taking anavar for 7.5mg a day. You must get that straightened out and formatted properly. ------------------ | ||

Still can't understand all of it. But, I would take way more anavar. That 7.5 mg a day will do absolutely nothing. Do 25-30mg/day. Also, I would bump up the cypionate. | ||

Yeah Bro, although i push for most to do low amounts you are doing just enough test to shut your productions down and replace at a 50 year old mans natural level. Bump up the test then taper last 2-3weeks. I don't understand your choice of anavar "to jump start the cycle" but to each his own. As long as you eat well, get plent of sleep and most of all don't over train, you should gain good. I have used less than what you posted and put on good quality size. | ||

As Baza has stated, the Anavar dosage needs to be readjusted. The minimum dosage for Anavar is 0.125 x body weight. The cycle looks good otherwise. Do not forget the T3 and insulin or your GH may not react the way you expected. The Clomid should be used 10 days after you last Cyp injection at 100mg/day for 10 days, then 50mg/day for 10 days. B12 should be injected at 500mcg/EOD. You should also take the BComplex throughout. Use nolva at 10mg/day at the first sign of gyno. Your diet looks like you are trying to gain quality muscle. Since you are not ingesting too many carbos and keeping the calories around 3000 per day, you will not make explosive gains, but you will pack on quality LBM (although a little slower). ------------------ http://2thick.elitefitness.com |
