Am I the only one that sees this. Grnated I know the BP is high. But when you are doing your sets when you put the weight down for the rest in-between and you look in the mirror. Can anyone else see their heart beating at the base of their neck. You cna see my neck pulsating to the beat from my heart right where you take your pulse. Was just wondering. While I was sitting there soemone cam up to me and asked if I was alright because they could see it sitting next to me. Doesn't bother me. Was just wondering if anyone else gets this.
