thats great drexx...a discussion board where noone helps anyone. i just went through the search again....and did not find anything telling me exactly what ECA is. all i see is " clen vs ECA " or " ECA should be used when the CLEN cycle is over". I understand when it should be used....HOW it should be used...WHY it should be used....but i still dont know what it is. ------------------ | ||

It is ephedrine/caffeine/aspirin Taken in 25mg/200mg/325mg 3 times a day as a cutting stack... It's not an AAS so that is why it's funny! It's a basic supplement and if you don't know the basics about training, diet and supplementation you shouldnt be taking roids in my opinion!!! | ||

hey drexx.....first of all, thanks for your help. i am sorry that i have not read the "BASIC BOOK OF STEROIDS AND FITNESS".....they dont have that at my local library.... 2nd of all...in my email....i said " is it EPHEDRINE/CAFFINE/ASPERIN? So, that was a little quiz? I guess I got a 0 cuz I left it blank. I wouldn't consider using ECA a "cycle." Its basically what you use when u want to lose body fat. It works good though. I dropped about 15lbs in no time doing alot of early morning cardio, doing the keto diet, and taking an ECA stack. I was down to 183lbs at one point and looked good but my strength went all to hell, so I had to say fuck that. I only take an ECA stack 2 months before summer-time to get my body looking nice for the ladies. Rest of the year I try to stay bulky. Drexx one thing. Your a little high on your asprin intake. 975mg/day will one tear a stomach apart and two thin the blood out so bad any increase in BP could cause a problem for any period over 2 or 3 weeks. I would do 325mg/dy on the asprin. Or use a natural alternative. | ||

For ephidrine go to the local truck stop and pick up some packages of "mini-thins" If they haven't stopped them they have raw ephidrine in them. Caffine "No-doze". Asprin "Asprin" | ||

Well all ECA combos that you buy from GNc or places like that will work. But they are not raw materials. They are natural occursing itme that have the same properties and charestics as the raw materials. If I was going to do it would use the raw materials instead of OTC items. | ||

aahepp: I totally agree with you and just used those values as defaults for our novice friend! When I do the stack I take 1/2 asp per dose which is 162mg x 3 per day.. You could even take the little baby aspirins at 81mg and be fine but here they are a lot more expensive than regular aspirins so I cut mine in two!!! | ||

http://www.netrition.com has Kaizen ephedrine hcl for 10$/100 and cafeine 6$/100.The aspirin is unnessesaryIMHO.Take a caf and ephedrine pill togather no more then 3 times /day. A tolerance will develop fast,so if you are after the buzz(I use it instead of booze as a party drug)take it seldom and take days off so it still works. Because it will raise metabolism slightly,it is used 3 times/day by dieters,but the high will fade.Good luck. |
