I decided to post this a day early because I have been flooded with e-mails asking about the details to my cycle thusfar, ever since I mentioned that I am up about 20lb so far in nearly three weeks. For those who don't know, up to this point I have been taking 500mg of Omnadren/week and ~30mg of powdered d-bol/day. My strength has been increasing steadily since I started the cycle. I have added 50lbs to my parallel bar dip weight (primary chest movement), 30lbs to weighted chins, 40lbs to bent rows, and 60lbs to deadlifts, just to name a few. My measurements are as follows, currently 5'9" and 190lbs with less than 10% bf. I have been training in a powerlifting style where I expect to peak in the next 6 weeks....so my strength (hopefully) has a long way to go. My diet has not been very scientific. My logic is that as long as I am not feeling hungry for more than half an hour, I'm eating enough. So some days I eat about 2200 calories per day. Other days I eat 3200. I never force-feed myself and I only eat until I'm satisfied. Basically I just listen to my body. I also consume 120-220 grams of protein, depending on the day. As many know, I don't buy into all the protein marketing BS. So far, the worst side that I have had is just a persistant Omna flu. I've learned to deal with it and just treat it with ibuprofin and asprin. Right now I don't have any symptoms, but I just did 250mg yesterday, so I'll probably start feeling feverish tonight. I've also noticed that my blood is alot thicker. Whenever I get a minor cut, it bleeds significantly more than ever before and leaves a thick red clot. And my blood pressure and heart rate are also up....but both are still in the normal range. I've noticed that I fall asleep a little easier, but I still only get an average of 7 hours per night. I take naps whenever I can. And the strangest thing is that I feel less aggressive vs. my first bulking cycle where I was only using 250mg Omna and 300mg deca. Overall my weight seems to be leveling out and increasing at a slower rate now. I see daily changes in the way my clothes fit, and people in my gym are starting to make comments.....which is not exactly a good thing. So I just bought some really big shirts that disguise my size....it's working... Things have been so dramatic during this cycle, that the threads I have been reading about others and their similiar cycles and lack of results makes me wonder.... Good for you! 20lbs in 3 weeks... I just did 6 weeks at 750mg of sust and only got 20lbs and I did everything A1!!! Followed the diet perfect, training very intense but brief and only 4 times a week and 7-8hrs sleep! Damn! Next cycle it's time for a Captain Insano!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Great Job!! I myself am going to try a somewhat different approach to my diet, come next bulking cycle. I am one of the bro's that eat until I about burst, and its worked great thus far for anabolic purposes...although, I wont lie, and say that I eat all that clean either.
