what is the max amount of protein the body can digest in one setting? i hear so many different things 40g-80g. i just don't want to waste any.

Ive read so many conflicting ideas and studies on this it isnt funny.

One of a few things do stand true here however. Most important..if your GI track is out of whack...most of the protein you ingest wont do jack anyway..aside from having no one wanting to stand next to you by the squat rack.

Second, it has been proven many times that protein in moderate amounts spread out over the day is much more effective than a ton of it a only a couple of settings.

Saturate your body with protein every 2 hours...I personally find this to work very well.

WCP, a few questions...

When I saturate, how much protein per cup of water should I put in the tub?

Can I use a moisturizer after I have finished saturating in the tub because if I do this every two hours I will probably dry my skin out badly?

What is the best smelling protein to use in my tub in which to attract the most members of the opposite sex?

Thank you in advance, I have never tried this method before so I hope that it works!

Curious,

First off, the protein saturation seems to be more easilly abosorbed if it is mixed in the tub with say hydrochloric acid.

This allows better flow into the body. Of course one other way, which is Ranger's favorite, is to dip supposotories in the protein powder, coating them nicely...and then sticking them up your ass.

Yes, I have heard about the suppository method. Some other bro on here used to place them on the end of his workout partners penis and then he would "insert" them for him. He looked pretty big from the pictures that he posted so he must have done a lot of protein "insertion". I think his name was Luvs2..somethin'.

i try to get 40-60 gram of protein every 2-3 hours when on a bulking cycle. small meals and shakes really works well for me. i think that is how alot of guys try to achieve.

Jeep, the there is no definative answer either way. Pay attention to your bowl movments, gas, etc. If your stomach is fucked up, your shitting shards of granite, and passing gas strong enough to kill a mortition, then your taking in to much protien relative to YOUR system. That might be .5g per lb of body weight or 3g per lb of body weight. Its all relative.
