Ok this is what I got from health canada. You are allowed to import 3 months worth of a presciption drug for personal use into canada.(schedule f). It is suppose to have prescription info included on the packaging.If it is seized at customs they will send you a letter saying that the item is available in canada and that you should endeavor to obtain it there.They will let your goods through with the letter.They are attempting to set up a database of people who keep ordering in this fashion.However the only reprecussions of such activity is that you will have your goods sent back and you will be out your cash.If you have something seized that does not meet the importing guidelines,you will be sent the same letter and your goods may or may not go through.If through database info you are found to be a repeat offender your goods will automatically be sent back to origin or destroyed. At this time there is no enforcement action for such an import seizure. The gov. is really just concerned with imports for resale and importing from sources that dont have canadian manufactures guidelines,and of course the all mighty tax dollar.In an earlier post,I guess I was wrong when I said it was legal but it certainly doesnt appear to be illegal at this point. It is stuck in a massive red tape ball. I know this is as clear as mud,but it is straight from the source.I have no idea or any other info on the database,they just said they were attempting to set one up.     | ||

I just got my Clomid and Nolv the other day from our 3 letter friends...It was opened and taped back up with tape that said 'opened by customs'. There was also tape on the package that said 'health Canada' on it. It made it through bro...No probs! I had about 3-4 months supply. Cheers, Jay | ||

I think the seizures only occur with a sizeable order. I have seen 3 seizure letters thus far; Two for Clomid and one for Nolvadex. ------------------ http://2thick.elitefitness.com |
