I like your look, awesome. That's about what I would weigh at that bodyfat. Right now I'm 235 at ~ 13BF. Man I love the training and being strong, just broke 400 on bench but that dieting down shit tears me up. I know the work you had to put in to look like that so kudos to you. Looks great. Can not see the calves that well. Are planning on putting more mass on or just maintain and sculpt? I do not follow Basket ball very much, but that is a cool ass hat you got there. I live in Dallas, so that explains my lack of B-ball interest, however with Mark Cuban owning them he is trying to buy a winner and I like that!! | ||

damn.. and just think SKIP LA COUR IS BIGGER THAN YOU and hes "NATURAL" and he's been only bodybuilding for 11 years... btw.. your huge.. just saying skip la cour is the exact same height but he is 219.. at like 3% bodyfat at contest time. | ||
