Which is more beneficial? Mind you, I have alot of BF to shed.

Currently doing 30min in a.m./and 30min p.m (post workout). Should I change this?

What your doing worked awsome for me this past spring. (30 min AM/30 min PM). Make sure you do cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. And PM cardio should be done after wieght training. Also keep your carbs under 20-30 grams per day. With these few simple methods your body will have no choice but to burn fat like a mother f#ck*r. It wont be easy, but it will be worth it...

Buld0g's post above is about exactly what I did for my last contest...went in @ 150, 3%, and I did that naturally, just used a good thermogenic (Adrenaline by Biosculpt) and a legal thyroid stimulant. Drop me an e-mail, and you can check out my pictures if you don't believe me!

My carbs are up right now cause I am on 400mg of DNP. I will wait a week and then decrease my carbs drastically.

Renegade it all depends on your BF%. If you're really fat 15% 20% do it every day. (maybe twice a day) if not once a day is enough. below 7% go eod if you have a low carb intake.

I did the same like Buldog said,I run 3 miles am with empty stomach,and 3 miles pm,with a low carb diet.Cero carbs after 7 m
