What your doing worked awsome for me this past spring. (30 min AM/30 min PM). Make sure you do cardio on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. And PM cardio should be done after wieght training. Also keep your carbs under 20-30 grams per day. With these few simple methods your body will have no choice but to burn fat like a mother f#ck*r. It wont be easy, but it will be worth it... Buld0g's post above is about exactly what I did for my last contest...went in @ 150, 3%, and I did that naturally, just used a good thermogenic (Adrenaline by Biosculpt) and a legal thyroid stimulant. Renegade it all depends on your BF%. If you're really fat 15% 20% do it every day. (maybe twice a day) if not once a day is enough. below 7% go eod if you have a low carb intake. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||
