I'd recommend incorporating Finaplix into some sort of cycle. Whether it be stacked or taken alone. ------------------

For some reason my abs never showed even when my body fat was low. I changed from doing hi reps (30-40) to low heavy reps (8-12) and they became bulky. So now when I'm lean, they show threw more. Somthing you might want to try. ------------------ Flash version--> http://www.geocities.com/richmaffei/index.html None Flash version--> http://www.geocities.com/richmaffei/pages/home.html

I agree buldog. I've alway been lean, and did tons of high rep ab workouts with minimal results. I realized that my abs just weren't big enough. So I started do heavy, low rep exercises and got much better results. ------------------

It's a strict diet, cardio, intense ab training, and supplementation in that order. Your diet is KEY to seeing your abs. You need to take in a lot of lean protein (i.e. chicken, egg whites, fish, lean cuts of red meat, protein shakes), moderate to low carbs that are mainly low glycemic (i.e. oatmeal) so your blood sugar level's are always stable, and lots of fiberous veggies (brocolli, spinach). The majority of your carb intake should be at breakfast and right after you lift to replace the lost glycogen in your muscles. THe rest of your meals should be protein and fiberous vegetables. Never eat carbs by themself, always balance them with protein. Drink lots water and hit cardio 3-4/wk for 30-45 minutes on a empty stomach first thing in the morning. As most know, this has been proven to be one of the most effective ways to burn off excess bodyfat since your body has been in a fasted state (while sleeping)and it's glycogen levels are low, so it uses stored bodyfat as fuel to burn while doing cardio. Also, try a fat burner with the E.C.A. stack like Xenadrine or maybe Hydroxycut or ripped fuel. I would say if you find yourself running low on energy during your workouts, maybe up your fat intake until you feel more energized, but keep your carb intake low. Keep your ab workouts intense, do exercise like hanging leg raises, twisting hanging leg raises (obliques/inner cossles), and cruches ect. Last, be patient, getting your abs to show won't happen over night. Hope this helps. It's worked great for me. Drop me an e-mail if you have any more questions.

if your worried about muscle loss then get some finaplix, builds muscle even on some pretty strict diets and it burns fat too. also follow shredder's advice, lots of good info there!!

Do the cardio 3 to 5 times per week for 20-30 minutes per day. I really need to start doing this myself. |
