I would first like to say that this is one of the better forums that I've seen out there lately. You guys should be proud of what you have here. It really sounds like a tight group that is really willing to help each other out. Now, as for my situation. I'm just getting back into training after several years off for various reasons. While I used to be pretty fair sized for someone that trained totally natural, time and donuts have done me wrong. Right now I want to get back into the sport and I realize that I will have a natural body response right off the bat just because I have started back to the gym. I've been working to get back to the point that I was at but here's the thing....I'm not 20 years old anymore. I want to get the most I can, the fastest I can, and the safest I can. Can anyone give some advice? Any stories or ideas from past experience. When is the best time to start juicing...3 months, year, when growth becomes stagnant? Also, I don't want anyone in here to think that the "new guy" is digging for secrets (saw the posts about some idiots), so I'm not looking for names or suppliers...I just want to get all the information I can from all the sources so I can form my own decisions about when and what to use.
