Well Bro's, I am going in to my 5th week of my cycle and haven't gained a pound I know what I have it legit because my ex-partner(dislocated shoulder) gained of some of what I am taking. I have been doing this. weeks 2-present any suggestions, I am currently 6'3 225lbs. My guess is that what you have is either bunk or severly underdosed. Or there is another explanation, you may fit into a class of rare people that don't respond to anabolics at all!! Hope that this isn't true! Good luck Bro! ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

I am taking about 400-500 grams of carbs maybe more not to sure about carbs don't really keep track. I have gained strength just no size. I know that omna can take anywhere from 3-5 weeks to really kick in so I am still crossing my fingers. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You're 100% correct. We are NOT doing ourselves a favor by doing 20 sets for our biceps. AT MOST, hit your bodyparts twice a week and legs just once. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
