I hit each body part once per week, on juice or not. I notice that I recuperate quicker while on juice, due to water retention and joint lubrication, but juice can also give you a false sense of security and can leave you in a more injury prone position if you are not careful and train to frequently. | ||

I have always done one bodypart a day. Juice or no. I recently noticed that I was recovering while on at a point which was probobly 3 days before the body part was next going to be hit. So I started doing chest/tri, back/bi, shoulders, legs. Its going good so far, but when I come off, I'll go back to one part a day. ------------------ | ||

I usually train each bodypart once a week also. If you have a lagging bodypart, maybe twice a week to bring it up...but usually as they say "less is always better" (though it's hard as f&%k to abide by). | ||

Four days a week. One bodypart per day. Leaves me more recovery time and better results- I'm not young anymore, at least on paper. | ||

Well, I kinda like to switch it around. I usually train chest with triceps and back with biceps and others alone like shoulders. But sometimes I will switch it around to say Back with Triceps or Chest alone with cardio. I usually hit the bodyparts every 5 days. It can take up to 6 if I rest. I do legs once a week. Later. | ||

I like shredders response. Since I recover faster while on a cycle I hit lagging bodyparts twice per week while training the rest once. If I train a bodypart twice I use a heavy day light day routine. | ||

usually once per week. but on my last cycle did every bodypart twice per week, once real heavy w/low reps, second light w/high reps. it worked well and some of my weaker bodyparts developed nicely. | ||

I tain every area once a week regardless of whether I'm juicing. The only difference is that I alter the intensity due to the fact I recover better (this of course vaires depending on which A/S you are using). For example I will do bigger sets (e.g. bench press 12,10,8,1,8,12 on juice) ( 12,10,8,12 off juice) also on juice I will do bigger 'supersets' (ie instead of benchpress, dumbell-press, pec-machine-thingy(!) I find the most important thing though is to eat well. As I say though, depends on what your using and how! ------------------ | ||

Each body part once a week. On or Off. Except abs and calves those are twice a week. |
