Hi everyone, I have been reading the board for quite a while now and have finally decided to jump into the fray =). The Mods / Vets here are great and you guys posts are really helpful to someone who is new to the pharmaceutical aspect of the game. I have been lifting for 10 years naturally and have been a student of the "science" of training and diet for a long time being a medical professional by trade. When I started training I had a max bench of 60 lbs. and was an overweight teenager. Through diligent training I was able to get my weight up from a fat 185 to a bulky 240. Last November I decided to cut some fat and got down to 160 by May. In the process I lost some muscle (obviously) and have gotten back up to 180 -185. At this point I have adopted a form of targeted / cyclic ketogenic dieting of my own devising that seems to be progressing nicely. My goal is to get back down to 160ish with a much better composition. I recently moved to TX from the east coast and have decided to explore pharm. options for the following reasons: So now that my little intro rant has put you all to sleep, =), I was wondering if anyone could take the time to answer a few questions: Thanx for your time everyone. I have extensive records in excel which detail my dietary / training approach and I am willing to share any knowledge I have with you guys. Peace,

Great first post bro, and welcome to the board! In response to your cutting cycle EQ is a great muscle hardener, but from what i've heard and read about how drastically it increases your appetite, it doesn't seem practical for cutting. just my 2 cents but winny, primo or fina would probably work better, with the t-3 and the clen. Also a very effective wieght lose option is DNP, but many shy away from it because of the possible severe side effects when not researched properly or taken with the right accompanying supplements and diet. : + ) = BTW
