250mg sus per cc... 250 +250 = 500 thus 2cc's of sus 250 = 500mg put 2 ccs in one syringe and shoot away bro' ------------------ | ||

Two shots of sust per week is ideal because the testosterone propionate in each sust injection loses some of its effectiveness after 3-4 days. Also, doing 500mg of sust in one injection is going to leave you very sore especially since this is your first time using it. Yes, you will see results only doing one injection per week, but splitting the injections into two per week may give you even better results and will be a less pain in the butt (pun).  | ||

Spread them out bro, both are right you CAN take it in one shot but it would be beneficial to take two shots per week if you doing 500. About the needles, dont worry after this cycle you love them! lol Slopain | ||
