whats a good guage for ass injections and shoulder injections?      | ||

I use 25 gauge, takes a little longer but it cuts down on scar tissue. Works great for water based roids like winny V. Never injected in shoulder so I would'nt know. | ||

bro, i used 22ga x 1.5in pins for my cycle of deca and primo. no problems drawing up or pushing in. with the shoulders, depending on what your using, 22ga to 25ga and 1 inch would work well. hope this helped. ------------------ | ||

i was very surprised how smooth my buddies injection went. he stuck it in and i pushed the plunger. 30 seconds it was over, and he was pleased. i was quite surprised. im ready to start mine now!!!!!!!!! | ||

You should use a 5 or 6 gauge so that the bits of glass from the rediject don't get stuck in the pin. You might have to wiggle it around to get it to go in. If you have any scar tissue on your ass, you should hammer it in with a rubber mallot. Pull back the plunger a little, if you don't see blood, try again. That means you missed the vein. If you have trouble getting it to go, bring your shit to the doctor's office with you. They will usually shoot it in you free of charge. zeke_b | ||

25 gauge for oil solutions and 30 gauge for waterbased. If you cannot find a 30 then 29. I pushed my 2 cc Primo in with a 27 gauge (didn't have another option that moment). ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short | ||

is there anything wrong w/ using a 25g 5/8inch pin to inject your glute? thats what my friend had me use, and it worked fine. | ||

5/8" pin is not long enough to hit the muscle of the glute unless your butt is like at 0% BF. 1" is pushing it on some people. | ||

I always use 23 guage, either 1.5 inch or 1 inch for quad and shoulder. I pull it up with a 22 guage and then switch to the 23 guage, so the needle does not get dull if it is a multi dose vial | ||

Well Jae, i shoot myself (right now) 30 times a week and i really think it is best to use the thinnest needle possible. Besides I, i still, and always will, think that for scar tissue it is best to use a thin needle. Besides II, i don't like blood coming out of the injected place, which can be avoided in many shots by using a thin needle. Besides III, there is not one single reason why anyone should use a thick needle. In fact there is one, thin needles (like 30 gauge) costs 3 times the price of a 23, 25 or even 27 gauge. But price is not an issue here. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short | ||

i know this is probably a stupid question for you guys, but i honestly don't know... if he used a 5/8 inch to inject his glute and the oil went in........ why not just stick w/ the 5/8? does the oil have to get further down into the glute? | ||

Come on Spunky, i shoot with a 1/2 inch in the glutt. Just be sure to hit the upper outside part. If you are skinny 5/8 is also ok since it is a bit longer, if not 1 inch should do it, if you have a lot of fat, 1 1/2. I admit 1/2 inch is a little crap. All depends also if you are shooting 1, 2, 3 or even more cc's at once. ------------------ Don't look back, life is too short | ||
