It occured to me today that I have for years been very anal about counting my food intake. I think it might make more sense to count cals on a weekly basis instead of daily. Think about it, I no that I weigh myself DAILY but I never expect a dramitic change. Maybe if we added are calories on a weekly basis, we could stop sweating the little stuff. Might make overall meal planning easier. If you know that you need to eat 30,000 cals this week, buy accordingly. Just a thought. BPP ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

lmao, i thought you were trying to count the calories in your stool. i was like omg, he's lost it. but that is an interesting thought. just recently, i have gone from weighing myself on a daily basis, to a weekly basis, as weighing myself daily became too stressful. i am way to "anal" about my weight, and i forget to take into account the water weight and the fact that i am losing fat and gaining muscle. good thought though bro, interesting concept! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

No thanks, I will stick to counting the "oral" calories. lol. Seriously, I just don't think counting weekly calories would be any easier. This would encourage cheat today starve tomorrow eating and I'm not sure that's what you want to do. I think the goal should be perfectly evenly distrubuted calories.
