Work just as good just remeber you need about 50mg at 5g a peice you need about 10 a day. Powder caps at 70 mg would be ideal! | ||

I'll try to help out more but I've never used them. Just read up on them a lot. All I can tell you is that you have to take a lot of pills and they're not cheap. You pay like a 1/4 of what you would for tabs if you go with the powder. LAter, Green | ||
