Put 1.5 cup milk 1/2% or 1% or even 2%
with 1 cup water
with 50 g chocolate protein power
with 1 package sugar free jello pudding and refridgerate overnight, then eat whenever and

hey..I have tried this too, it pretty good...pretty good for desserts/snacks ratehr then other junk food....I use a meal replacement pack(such as met-rx) sometimes instead of protein powder..also I have these neat tuperwear thing that you can fill and make pudding pops, pretty cool...

I've already tried that a long time ago. Try it with Vanilla if you like. You can add some peanut butter in with the chocolate to give it a better taste if you like. Also, bananas or strawberry in with the vanilla etc. Experiment and you'll be impressed.

The reason it taste like pudding. Is because it is pudding. Try adding your favorite protien powder to your cake mix. You can make muffins that have a high protien value. Basically anything that uses eggs (if using egg protien) you cna use it in and have no real affects to it.

Hey bro if you get the met rx and just put less milk in it, you can make a great pudding.

Your way sounds good as well!

Sounds good and alot easier. In your opinion is it worth the time? I think I'll try that, my protein is the hardest part of training.

Good post bro. I just mixed 2 sugar free jello puddings w/ 4 scoops of my protein, 5 cups of milk in a big bowl. 88 grams of protein, 64 carbs for the whole bowl, no sugar. Im waiting for it to get good and cold now.

Add a few big heapin teaspoon of metamucil (natural, not the orange shit). You need some dietary fiber in your pudding. I kinda like the taste. Otherwise, you might be getting your hardest work-outs (pun intended) on the can.

I do this all the time, using vanilla protein. Then whatever flavor the pudding is, that's what you got like banana or pistachio. All flavors mix w/ vanilla protein.
