These last six weeks i changed my biceps training dramatically....and my biceps responded very well. I do not have exceptional genetics, actually my bi's are my weakest point. Here's what I did: Did fewer sets, and took almost every set to failure. Held a two second "squeeze" on EVERY rep of EVERY set. Started working through my reps slower, and maintained perfect form. This made a huge difference. Also, whatever gives you the best pump is usually one of the best exercises you could do. I prefer preacher curls, and standing alternate dumbell curls. For peaks, you gotta squeeze like hell on every rep, and also try doing some cable curls on a low pulley while you're turned sideways. I really made a dedicated effort these last six weeks and my bi's have never looked better. Hope i helped somebody. | ||

I think you've found something, most people out there overtrain thier arms horribly. You have to remember that they're being worked every day except for leg day. Fewer sets, and more rest usually will give people excellent gains.
