just stick to a lower fat diet. Nothing special. You will get hungry, so crash dieting is out of the question. Dont to a Ket. diet. Diet isnt that important while on DNP cuz the shit works so well.

low fat and slightly lower calorie was what i went with and it worked good for me. Don't splurge on carbs because for some reason DNP made me carb crave( sugar mostly), probably had something to do with the lack of energy you have while on DNP, too many carb's will keep the DNP from burnin as much fat as it would have. But don't go Ket. diet either I don't remember why but it is supposed to be very bad for your body if ya go extreme low carb while on DNP. I lost about 12 lbs after a one week cycle, of DNP i wish i would have took another week off then did another week on, but i had to go to work and i work in construction. Rojo

guys I'm thinking about getting some dnp for myself and taking it with t3 and xenadrine for a cutting cycle...you think it's too much? ------------------

I checked an essay i had on why low carbs are bad on DNP. The low carb diet's basic function is to lower blood sugar and insulin. DNP also supresses blood sugar and insulin, if you are on a low carb diet and DNP your blood sugar will be very very low and you will feel like shit and probably experience blurry vision. If you weren't taking pyruvate(mandatory with DNP) and were on a very low carb diet you may even go blind from insulin depervation. This is one of the DNP horror stories out there and is actually possible if you don't do your research. Columbo: i wouldn't take the T-3 for at least a week after the DNP they both affect your thyroid and its probably not a good idea puttin that double extra strain on your thyroid if not necassary. And you will have to take an ECA stack for energy if you want to lift or do cardio or to workout during the DNP cycle. Rojo

Good info...anyone else. What type of carbs.??????

Columbo, stay away from the T3. DNP by itself is enough, but you can throw in some Xen for an enargy boost. I personaly believe that T3 is more dangerous than DNP. A Ket. diet strains the body for energy. You shouldnt do both at the same time cuz both by themselves are harsh. You wont be able to do a Ket. diet anyway. YOU CRAVE CARBS BAD WHILE ON DNP.

how do you get DNP? Isnt it legal to get in the US? What are the average doses and what form does it come in? Does DNP effect catabolism/anabolism? I've also heard that it can permenately raise your bodies temperature, thats not good.

E-mail me with your stats and I'll help you.

DNP will not permanently raise your body temp. I have heard someplaces that it may permanently raise your metabolism slightly, but that's unconfirmed. And after completeing a DNP cycle many people(myself included) actualy experience an anabolic rebound the week following a DNP cycle.

Renegade, try going to Mesomorphosis at looking up the article "Cooking Yourself with DNP" by Dan Duchaine...I believe he offered some dietary suggestions and the reasoning behind them, but its been a while since I've read it. |
