meal one: put the folowing in a blender- 2 cups of oat meal 4 tbsp of wheat germ 1 packet of perfect rx aprox 1000 cals 65g of protein 140g of carbs 15g of fat 2g of sugar i have this 3 times a day along with three meals that consist of around 400-500 cals and about 40 g of carbs 5-10g of fat 40-50 g of protein what you think ?? | ||

to up the cals it is fine powder so i cane drink it easily 1 tbsp is 50 cals | ||

Thats about 2/3 of the calories I take in per meal. Currently, Im off the bean completly, so I more inclined to eat like I were on. This diet might be enough for ya dude, just depends upon your metabolism. Looks real clean, though. ------------------ | ||

My bulking diet is very simple. Eat everything I can an drink at least 3/4 to 1 gal of skim milk a day. Easy way to up your protein and consume some easy calories. Beer is also a favorite... | ||

Multiply everything eight times except for protein. Protein is eight times plus one-hundred fifty. That is my bulk diet. ~Goku~ |
