I started using this last week(from zoe labs)its a topical cream. I suffer from puffy nips and my chest carries some extra fat. I have noticed results my chest seems to be firming up a bit. I use lave soap on my chest to exfoliate real good then I apply it to my chest about the size of a baseball with my nipple being the middle. I have been eating really clean lately and this week I have started eca stack which I will do for 2 weeks. I really think its working on my damn puffy nips. I know some others have this problem so I thought I would share. Any questions ask away. * I am lean @ 10% bf but my chest does seem to carry fat. I wouldn't reccomend this to any one with high level BF just as extra help in a problem area. Also results could be temporary hopefully not.    | ||

zoe products are great! MEP is good , dicyclofenil, zebutol,,all good results..the closes thing to gear that is legal ------------------ |
