Hi Bros !!!

Help me on this one, ok. It's simple, i just realy want some opinion.

The thing is that i realy need to cut up a lot !! So i'm triyng to follow the Anabolic Diet from DiPasquale.

I'm 6.2 ft / 240 lb

I'm eating 300g Prot, 200g Fat and less than 30g Carb (before 4:00pm) a day divided in 5-6 meals. Weight training heavy 3 x week.

Taking: Winstrol, Primo, Clomid and Proviron

Do you think this way i can burn enough fat ??? I'm trying to adjust while on the first weeks...

I apreciate any kind of help !!!

Have you gotten any appreciable muscle gains from following the Anabolic Diet?

Your fat intake is fine. It will actually help on the Anabolic diet.

The Anabolics Diet is good, but I've found that BodyOpus is a little better and easier to stick to because it's only 5 days of NO carbs instead of the 10, and the weekend carb-up helps maintain any muscle lost during the low-carb phase (more muscle lost with the Anabolic's Diet!!). Although with the A.S. you should have no problem with the muscle loss, as long as you're taking in enough protein. Either one should give you great results. I don't know what supplements you're taking but try taking some Vanadyl, Chromium, and Magnesium to help get you into ketosis at the start and during the carb-up to help shuttle the carbs into the muscle faster. For better fat loss, you can try using an ECA stack, clen, T3, etc. Keep us posted of your results. Good Luck.

the diet seems fine but 3120cals isnt much for a 240lbs guy

Dieting for my contest I was eating like 3800cals and I weighed only 166lbs @ 5% on contest day...

Add cardio in the am on an empty stomach 3-4 times a week max.45min

Hey bros, thanks a lot for supporting me...

Man, it's not easy to eat 3000 cals on this diet !!! Do you think i should up ??? i was thinking on going for 2700 by next week !!??

I'm ending the first week and really seeing some results... My biggest concern is to loose fat, i need to loose a lot, i'm already bulky with an ugly big belly !!!

One more thing, on the carb up days, can i eat some junky food like candies, chocolates, pizza, burgers, etc ???

My AS Cycle is:

Week1: 2 Primo, Winny ED (total 5), Proviron ED, Clomid EOD

Week2: 2 Primo, Winny ED (total 5), Proviron ED, Clomid EOD

Week3: 2 Primo, Winny ED (total 4), Proviron ED, Clomid EOD

Week4: 2 Primo, Winny ED (total 4), Proviron ED, Clomid EOD

Week5: 2 Primo, Winny EOD (total 3), Proviron ED, Clomid EOD

Week6: 1 Primo, Winny EOD (total 2), Proviron ED, Clomid ED

What do you think ???

Thanks a lot bros...
