I am in the middle of week five of my 500mg durateston and d-bol cycle.4 days ago I stopped taking the d-bol. I had early signs of gyno so I have been taking 1 nolvadex and 1 clomid every other day since the end of week two. I have tried twice for my new max on the bench and this last time it almost crushed me. The gains I had made seem to be going away when the durateston actually should be kicking in. Is the clomid and nolvadex completely blocking my receptors or what?? I also had gained around 6 lbs eary in the cycle and now I have lost 3 of that. I am thinking about quiting this cycle and marking up this steroid thing as a bad experience. Anyone have any advice as too what I could be doing wrong?

Are you sure everything is legit?? For example, maybe the Test is fake and the only gains you where making was from the DBOL. Now that you are off the DBOL...??? I don't know. You should have gain more than that just on the DBOLs alone?

Once you stop taking Dbol, it is almost inevitable that you'll lose a littl ewater and strength. I've never taken Nolvadex so I don't know wha tyou should expect from that. I'd continue to train hard and hopefully your gains will continue from the duratestin. I notice a slight drop in strength whenever I stop taking dbol. It is usually just for a week or so, though.

The durateston is real according to all the pictures I have looked at on the net and beleive me it hurts like hell for about 3 days.

so you tried a new max Bench press twice in 5 weeks and you cant figure out why your performance has suffered .... are you a bodybuilder or powerlifter ? Either way , that training schedule doesnt make much sense.
How much D were you taking ? If your getting swollen nipples , maybe you should try Proviron instead of Nolva . ( how do you know its not the test giving you bitch tits ? ).

Listen I max twice a week and for the most part I have done this since I seriously started lifting 3 years ago. I always go as heavy as possible and have went from a max of 175 when I started lifting to a max now of 360. I know some people say this is crazy but I have tried other routines and have always come back to this. I start out trying for a new max (after I do three sets of warm ups) then take off 15lbs and do it twice then 15 lbs and do it three. I do this all the way up to my last set of six. This seems to be what works best for me.

My PR on BP is 445. This was attained naturally. I only try new max's about every 8 weeks or so. I find that the super-heavy lifting takes it's toll, both mentally and physically. I use periodization.

You should be rockin' by week 5, Dbol or no Dbol. Maybe the Dura is fake, and the gains were from the Dbol?
