I have a little problem. I used to weigh 280 lbs of muscle and fat when i was in high school. When I started taking ripped fuel my first year of college, while exercising and wrestling frequently, I lost about 80-85 lbs. and about 20% of my body fat. Now, I quit taking the ripped fuel, I was taking it for 4 years, because I was having sleep disorders. My doctor told me that my metabolism is going to drop significantly. I now weigh around 210 but I would like to shed some pounds and/or body fat. What is a good diet, exercise program and stack for someone who wants to shed some bodyfat and gain some muscle? | ||

you should probably concentrate on getting 1-1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, divided over 5-7 meals every 2-3 hours. You should wqatch you fat and carb intake, especially later in the day and night. A good training plan would be to lift each body part once per week using a 4 day split and do 30-45 minutes of cardio 5-6 times per week. Good cutting drugs are winny,Eq, primobolan,clen, and T3. I would go into more detail but, I'd be writing all day. | ||

Thanks for the info. I just have a psychological problem when it comes to food. I have trouble eating 5 or 6 times a day and not feeling like I'm gaining weight. I'm thinking about sust250 to pack on a little muscle and reduce bodyfat. What do you think? | ||

You want to eat smaller "meals", mainly protein based. Sustenon is a great drug for size and strength, but if your main focus is reducing bodyfat, there are better choices. I like to use test in every cycle, so if you want to use a test, propionate might be more suitable. |
