nice bulk man. thats my goal right now. don't know if you've seen my pics but i've got a long way to go. im at 210lbs right now. im gonna do one more cycle before next summer. lets hope and pray i can make it up to 230lbs on my next cycle, then im gonna have to diet down for the summer. | ||

This was my first real bulking cycle. I did 200 Dbol stacked with nothing 2 years ago and that's it. I built a good base up naturally when I was younger - I'm 29 now and I have found the gear has really rejuvenated my training. I'm having fun in the gym again. Can't wait to see what I look like when I shed the bodyfat. | ||

aahepp I am 5'10". My wife hates the veiny ripped look and doesn't want me to get really cut - although she wasn't wild about me doing a cycle of gear to get bigger either. I would like to get down to at least 10-12%. I think that's a good level to look good and have enough fat to be able to train heavy still. The extra weight really helps my joints. I dropped to around 8% a couple years ago and when I did full squats you could hear my knees pop on every rep - hurt like hell. | ||

Amp, my girlfriend said the same thing until this year at my contest. Because she will see you day by day it will creep up on her and she respond like most women to a great, chisled physique. O.K. here are some responses to questions. As far as legs go - I'll show them in 3 weeks when I'm done and I shave all the hair off of them. I have nothing to hide there I have 29" thighs (depending on where you measure) They have always been my best bodypart and I needed to bring my upper body up to match. I developed my legs without drugs, they were always huge. The first week of my cycle I ruptured my plantar tendon in my leg when I was stretching in bed (just woke up, hyperextended my leg and pop) - It turned my whole leg black and blue from the back of my knee to the tips of my toes. Doc said I would be fine, it happens to a lot of juicers and it heals on its own fine. Well anyway I haven't trained my legs the entire cycle and I'm about to start doing them again. My cycle was a classic Dbol/Deca/Sust for 10 weeks, Clomid EOD (I think I saw it on here called the Captain Insano cycle -it looked good and I was able to get all the gear for it so I decided to go for it). I am in week 8. As far as my training goes I have followed more of a Dorian Yates style of training. I do very heavy weight for just a couple sets and I do each bodypart once per week. I trained this way naturally for the past 6 years and it has worked great. I do about 8-10 sets for big bodyparts like chest and back. For smaller bodyparts I do 6-8 sets total. I usually never go over 6 reps. I stay in the 4-6 rep zone. This style works for me but it doesn't work for everyone. For people that have very high fast twitch fiber count it works very well. As far as my dieting. I have done it several times before. I have never competed though. I have studied nutrition for years (in high school I was a state champ in wrestling and I learned how to push a persons body to the limit). I have never really tried to go under 8% since it's not practical to maintain. I can get down to about 10% without losing any strength - lots of ECA and protein. Once under 10% I start to lose strength because my joints start hurting and I can't handle the heavy weights, once I can't handle the heavy weights my muscles start to lose a bit of size since they are always adapting to the stress you put on them. Your body doesn't need to hold all that size if you aren't pushing the poundages. Psychologically dieting can be pretty easy if you condition your mind correctly. It's all about "pleasure and pain" - recondition your thought patterns when dieting (it only takes a couple weeks) associate hunger with ripped abs (something pleasurable) rather than denying yourself food and feeling hungry (something painful). On the flipside associate things like Mcdonalds with being a fat slob with no abs (very painful) rather than a pleasurable meal that you love. This may all sound hokey (it stems from Tony Robbins) but it works. I've never dieted using gear so I am hoping to get some help from some of the vets here. I have Winny, and Equipoise. I can get cytomel and clen. I figure I can shed a lot off just with cardio and ECA first though. Then I want some help getting down with gear. I also want to know what would be a good second bulking cycle to do in January. I want to do a growth/test cycle. I want to know what else would go good with this. Hope this answered most of the inquiries. | ||

I just cannot get over the mass you have put on with really only one mass cycle. It is incredible. 273 pounds is huge. I could not even be able to wipe my ass if I was that big. My goal is to be around 235, which I figure is going to be around 2-3 years. | ||
