Does anyone get these fuckin headaches? They happen from pressure in your head when exercising or something. I got them doing incline presses today, had to stop everything!!! Going to the doc tomorrow for some drugs. BTW, this happened a couple years ago except I was doing deadlifts and wasnt breathing correct. Dont know why it happened today, did everything correct.

I was going to tell you it might have been the breathing, but I guess that's not it. I always find that my best workouts happen when I'm intense, but not up tight. You could just be going through one of those stretches were you body is rejecting your workouts. You can think I'm nuts, but whenever I start consistently feeling nautious or achey or dizzy in the gym, its a sure sign of overtraining for me.

IT'S LIKE YOU SAID MOST OF THE TIME IT IS DUE TO BREATHING PATTERNS.
I ALSO GET THEM SOMETIMES WHEN I AM GETTING DEHYDRATED AND START TO OVERHEAT.
HOW IS YOUR BLOOD PRESSURE?
WAS IT OVERLY HOT IN THE GYM TODAY?

I get those from time to time as well. They really suck because they ruin my workout. I have to go with what the others have said in that it is in the breathing.

Also this could be from high blood pressure so make sure you get checked out. I got real bad headaches from ephedrine after a while... not healthy so be careful. If it was just from holding your breath I imagine you'd feel lightheaded and ready to pass out.
