although im at 12% bf, i work abs pretty hard but its still a bitch to get them visible when u eat over 4,000 calories a day. I might take some more pics tommorow of my traps. Its the only body part I can actually say im atleast 2% satisfied with. =) They stick up nicely, atleast i think so. My last cycle was nothing but dbols dude. I realize it was a big mistake now that I look back. Everyone told me not to.. but hell I went from 193 to 210lbs and i've been off for about a week and haven't lose a single pound yet. The cycle lasted about 5 weeks, maybe a few days over that. Right now I take nothing but creatine, ribose, and glutamine. I want to keep my muscles looking as full as possible. My left nipple is quite sore and sensitive since I have came off so I have a feeling my estrogen is pretty high. Im just keeping my fingers cross and praying that I don't crash. Do you guys think I would notice it already if I was going to crash hard? No weight loss thus far, I weighed last night and actually gained a pound, up to 211. Protein intake is over 300g a day, 5g creatine a day, and carbs.... well.. if i see em, i eat em. =) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

You have a pretty good base to work with, and have a good bit of mass. Maybe on your next cycle try and add some winny or fina at the end to cut up a little. Maybe a next cycle could be something like this: Dbol, sustanon, and eq, then winny or fina at the end. The sustanon causes less water retention and eq makes you a little more vascular than deca. The winny or fina will harden you up at the end. I am currently on dbol,deca and sustanon,and getting great results so far. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

pittsburgh: 18-20%, what pic are u looking at man? I use to weigh 250lbs and was 22% bf. If I can find a pic of me then i'll scan it. if i was 18-20% i'd have rolls on my stomach. Maybe its because there is no color. I'll scan those pictures in color tommorow at my friends house and repost them and you'll be able to tell better. I'll also do a front pose so you guys can see my gut. I don't have beautiful bulging abs, but they are there. Well, I won't start any arguments about it. Its possible the calculation was off. I will however get it checked again this weekend just to see. I had it checked 4 days ago and it came up as 12%. But I will get it checked once more and scan my printout w/ all of the information on it for the board to look at. I have had as much as a 2% discrepincy using that machine at my gym before, but its the most accurate way I have. I had it checked when I was down to 183lbs last summer and it showed 9% bf and checked it again a month later, weighing 184lbs and it showed up at 11%. So.. maybe the way they do it isn't very accurate. It's done on computer, im not sure what the method is called tho? Everthing looks good except your pecs and maybe your outer delts. I would really concentrate on making my chest larger if I were you. Your body fat is a little high but if your looking to put on size then that is a necessary evil. You can always lose that excess bodyfat after you have gained more size (pecs man pecs)and then your gonna be lookin great. Keep workin' man. Maybe it's your pose or your body structure then. Yeah your pecs look like they are large up top but not so defined at the bottom. That might change when you lose some body fat though. Or like I said, maybe it's just the pose. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

Ya.. One problem I have is fat around the nipples. I hate that shit too. When I was fairly slim, I couldn't pinch much fat on my chest but now i've got fat buildup around my lower chest and nipples. It sucks but i guess its the price you have to pay when u want mass. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
