whenever i hit a plateau on bench i start going heavy on tris for a few weeks with some forced reps on skull crushers and close grip benches and my flat bench goes thru the roof..... i went from doing 315 for 6 or 7 to doing 365 for 4 the other day..... the secret to heavy benchin is goin heavy on the synergistic muscle groups..(oh yah...did i mention the 750mgs of sust?) good job and keep up the good work! sound strange but for me to break 3bills i did alot of dips with one of those funky ass belts that hold a dombell, plate etc. that is when i really saw some serious bp and pec gains. ------------------ ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ||

the most i ewer did was 450 for 3 reps amd that was before i did any gear, now i just work out for the pump and the feel of muscles being torn to shreads, i find it hard to isolate if i use extremely heavy poundages, people at the gym stare at me especialy the skiny guys who throw more weight around, yeah they can throw it all right after a set of alternate dumbell curls after i use 30's my arms look like someone just smashed them with a bat and they arte all bruised and fready to pop, and a another thing i noticed at the gym when some people do alternate curls they dont count right in stead of doing 10 reps an arm they do 5 wtf it is good to see that you reached your goal ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
