I remember reading on a board a few years ago about a guy who swore that injecting a few IU os humulin-r into a specific bodypart before training would cause increase growth of that bodypart.

Has anyone actually tried this. I have used insulin while dieting and didn't like the feeling much, injecting in a muscle would be even worse hypoglycemia.
