Hey guys here i two weeks after a cycle of Fina and Winny. I am 168 lbs with ? b/f Let me know what you think? And what you guys think my bodyfat is cause i have no idea. Oh one more thing i had only done abs twice in a month cause i had a groin pull and my lower stomach has been hurting like hell, kinda felt like i had been racked slightly. It SUCKED!! Or my abs would have been MUCH better. ------------------ | ||

BF looks around 14-17%. Wide range there. Others might get closer. One thing. You need to eat. Get some more meat on them bones. You go a nive base now just need to get that base bigger. If thats what you are looking for. | ||

The clinic that I went to when I got my bodyfat tested said that if you can see your abs but are not shredded, you are generally between 7-9%. Anything over 10% will generally give you an "overhang" to your jeans. I don't know where ahhepp gets 14-17%.... | ||

Was just basing that on the sides there. Like I said I gave a broad range. These ungodly low BF% every body state when measured correctly would be found to be a bit off. | ||

You look bigger than 168, but you have a good base to start with. You need to add some more mass but that will take time. Otherwise you look great bro. | ||

Thanks guys!!! I don't want to get that much bigger i don't like to look like i juice. I want to impress the girls not the guys. G, Whats up Bro!!! You look good, much bigger than 168 ,more like 185. your BF% is around 7%. I say this because of your arms and thin skin. once you build up the abs.you will look more like 7%.I suggest you try the HEMO's. on your next cycle and add TEST. The HEMO's are fantastic....SAMM | ||
